We are fast approaching the end of the year. This can be a bizarre time for anyone because of the pressure of ‘not doing enough.’ You are beating yourself up because you did not get to do a million things you promised you would do when the year started. I’m not saying you’re wrong; I’m merely pointing out that you’re not looking hard enough.
There are small achievements and milestones we cross, and we think nothing of it. Go through your memories and celebrate yourself. You will see just how much you achieved. You do not need to have found a vaccine for an incurable disease to consider yourself a success or start a million-dollar company from scratch. Celebrate yourself for the little things too.
Did you make your friend smile? That’s a win in my book. Did you take that initiative at work? WIN! WIN! WIN!
Every day until November ends, pick a social media platform you’re comfortable with and post about an experience you really enjoyed. Please add pictures if you can. Give them a show.
